Wellness Coaching Offerings

Premium Plan – $2,000/mo

Offers the highest level of personalized service. Recommended for those who have an immediate need to change their lifestyle for personal or health reasons. Includes:

◦ Twelve (12) 90 minute individualized Yoga/ Thai Yoga therapy sessions per month (3 sessions per week)
◦ Two (2) 60 minute wellness coaching sessions per month
◦ Weekly check-ins, support and motivation via food and exercise journal
◦ Complete access to wellness library which includes guided meditations, yoga nidra, personalized breathing practices
◦ Invitations to upcoming wellness workshops
◦ Two health food / grocery store visits
◦  Ayurvedic lifestyle counseling

Deluxe Plan – $1,500/mo

Offers an enhanced level of personalized service. Recommended for those who have an above average desire to change their lifestyle and see results. Includes:

◦ Eight (8) 90 minute individualized Yoga/ Thai Yoga Therapy sessions per month (2 sessions per week)
◦ Two (2) 30 minute wellness coaching sessions per month
◦ Weekly check-ins, support and motivation via food and exercise journal
◦ Select access to wellness library which includes handouts, articles and audio files
◦ Invitations to upcoming wellness workshops

Basic Plan – $750/mo

Offers an enhanced level of personalized service recommended for those who want to begin or deepen their Yoga practice. Includes:

◦ Four (4) 90 minute individualized sessions (1 session per week)
◦ Two (2) 15 minute wellness coaching sessions per month
◦ Weekly check-ins, support and motivation via food and exercise journal
◦ Access to wellness handouts and supportive material
