It has been a great learning experience and deep honor to be part of the Kula Kamala Foundation which brings therapeutic yoga to special communities. I have served with Veteran’s with PTSD, oncology/ hospice patients, those with cardiac and respiratory disease, children with special needs and geriatrics. Over the last twenty years, I have used Yoga therapy to enhance my own well being, restore mental/emotional health and to heal serious injury. I believe Yoga offers, above all else, deep self realization. Through this inner awareness we are better able to handle life’s ups and downs. With deep gratitude I share these practices with others.
